Logging In on the Website
Head to the login page and enter the username or registered mobile number along with your password. If your details are correct, you should be taken straight to your account dashboard.
Logging In on the Mobile App
If you have installed the app from the APK download page, the login screen works the same way as the website version. Enter your credentials and tap sign in.
Many users prefer saving their login on the app so they don’t need to re-enter details every time, though this should only be done on a personal device.
Troubleshooting Login Problems
If you are unable to log in, first make sure there are no typos in your username or password, and check that Caps Lock isn’t on. A weak or unstable internet connection can also cause login attempts to fail.
